Cancellation Policy:
Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC follows different cancellation policies for its Search Engine Optimization, Social Media development, and other public relations services. Kindly refer to respective service agreements for more details on cancellation policy.
Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC Workshops &
Class Refund Policy:
Workshop
credits and/or refunds are only available up to seven (7) days prior to
the meeting of the first class. Thereafter, all fees and payments will not
be refundable.
Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC cannot be held responsible for providing
refunds or offering makeup sessions for classes missed as a result of
students' illnesses, emergencies or events beyond the students' control.
All classes and dates are subject to change and cancellation.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to accounts and billing department of Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC. You may submit your cancellation requests by email to info@lightofgoldpr.com or in writing to Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC Attn: Billing Department 1115 Broadway, 12th Floor New York, NY 10010. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department. The confirmation email or number given by accounts department of Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.
Refund Policy:
Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC will act on the agreement signed upon by the client and Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC. Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC does not offer any refund for the transaction charges, for any funds spent on search engines, for the services already delivered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non recoverable for the Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC and refunding them causes any loss to Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC.
Modification:
Light of Gold PR, Marketing, and Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.
